Dean Lising

Dean Lising, BSc, BScPT, MHSc, is the Integration Lead, Collaborative Healthcare & Education, at CACHE, UT. Dean has led interprofessional (IP) teams in professional practice, redevelopment, management roles, including strategy lead, professional practice leader, manager, academic affairs. As Director, BOOST! and Co-Lead, VITAL programs at CACHE, Dean has a passion for supporting IP/intersectoral teams in communication/conflict, role clarity, psychological safety, resilience and virtual care. Dean’s teaching and research foci include IP competency integration, quality improvement teamwork, student-led environments and health professions education. Dean’s happy place is teaching students, local and international health professionals as faculty in UT IPE Curriculum, Improving and Driving Excellence Across Sectors Foundations, PT Practice within the Canadian Health Care Context Course, UT and TLC program, Centre for Faculty Development.
