A growing evidence base supports the need to teach health professionals to be critically reflective practitioners, if we want a more just, collaborative, and compassionate health system. In this workshop, activities, research knowledge, and experiential knowledge will guide you toward becoming a critically reflective practitioner and teacher.

4MarThis workshop will explore and unpack common barriers and insecurities in taking on a more active role of allyship. Participants will complete a structured critical process that culminates in specific strategies for recognizing opportunities for allyship, and practicing and debriefing what to say and//or do.
21MarThe workshop describes elements of effective mentoring relationships and some of the skills that are required to establish and maintain mentoring relationships. Participants review their role in the promotion of mentoring 'culture' in their organization.
