Lindsay Baker, will be leaving her role as Associate Director, Curriculum Integration and Partnerships at the CFD, effective June 10th 2026, to pursue a new exciting career opportunity. Lindsay has held progressive roles at the CFD for nearly two decades, spanning research, curriculum development, programming, partnerships, and leadership. She has been instrumental in leading significant curricular renewal efforts at the CFD, and bringing an anti-oppressive and equity lens to our work at the Centre. Lindsay has left an indelible mark on the CFD – seeing it through notable changes and exciting innovations, while being such an influential and valued mentor to our team and others in our community. However, Lindsay’s impact to the field of faculty development extends beyond just the CFD. Lindsay has authored significant and influential research in the field of faculty development, widely cited and recognized nationally and internationally.
Beyond her professional and research accolades, Lindsay leads with a rare combination of authenticity, warmth, kindness and collaboration. We know many of you consider her a valued partner in your own work within our system; she has always been driven by the belief that by working together, our collective impact is much greater. Fortunately, she will continue to make notable impact in our system in her new leadership role. Lindsay will be taking on a new role as Lead of Strategy and Operations for UHN’s Collaborative Centre for Health Equity. She has committed to staying connected with the CFD, and we anticipate you will see still her as an engaged member and facilitator within our community.
