Dr. Grant Chen serves as the Physician Lead, Faculty Development for the Scarborough Academy of Medicine, Temerty Faculty of Medicine. He is an adult gastroenterologist at the Scarborough Health Network and clinical teacher for medical students and residents. He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Toronto. Grant has been teaching for a number of years in the MD program and presently holds the position of Sunnybrook Site Lead for Clinical Skills, in addition to being the Gastroenterology Education Lead for the Scarborough Health Network. He is dedicated to teaching and has finished the Master Teacher Program in the Department of Medicine. Grant has received several awards from the MD program and the Department of Medicine in acknowledgment of his commitment and dedication to teaching.
