Description

In the dynamic worlds of higher education, healthcare delivery and health sciences, we are constantly adapting to new knowledge, ideas, changing environments and emerging needs. In these complex environments, how do we influence or lead intentional change that has the impact we hope for?

In this workshop, we explore an approach to leading inclusive, sustainable change that is uniquely suited for the needs of health and learning systems. “Many Boats, One Light” builds understanding of how to engage others toward a shared north star while setting people up to creatively move forward in their own unique ways.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Work with a pragmatic approach to adaptive inclusive change leadership that can be applied in their own environments
  • Expand understanding of change theory and the underlying assumptions
  • Develop an understanding of the unique needs of leading and influencing change in complex, adaptive systems
