The Anti-Semitism Working Group was planned in early 2020, and began its work in the autumn of 2020 as part of the University of Toronto’s commitment to addressing forms of racism and discrimination faced by members of its community. The Steering Committee for the University of Toronto Response to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada released its report in 2017; the Anti-Black Racism Task Force submitted its report in April 2021; an Anti-Islamophobia Working Group was recently announced.
