A systematic review of factors that enable psychological safety in healthcare teams

This study seeks to advance our understanding of the concept of psychological safety by taking a systems approach to identify the practical enablers of psychological safety in the healthcare environment. This list of practical enablers can inform the development of observational measures of psychological safety and interventions to improve psychological safety, which are tailored for use within healthcare teams.
