Heather Flett

Dr. Heather Flett is the Temerty Professor of Learner Wellness.  She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto. She is an active educator in Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Continuing Medical Education.  She served as a Director of the Postgraduate Wellness Office from January 2018 to September 2021.  She is currently completing a Masters of Health Professions Education with Maastricht University, Netherlands. Her graduate and scholarly work centres on organizational strategies to support health professional wellbeing and healthy/safe work and learning environments.
