This Community of Practice for late career physicians is designed to support navigating and decision making by providing opportunities to share stories and personal perspectives. Expert panelists and speakers will also be featured for specific topics. Key topics will include how to get started with a late career transition, logistical issues related to closing a clinical practice, psychological challenges, and creative activities and other relevant opportunities for physicians in retirement.
The Community is a partnership between the Centre for Faculty Development, the Temerty Physician Wellness Program and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) at Temerty Faculty of Medicine.
