Description

Trust is the backbone of healthy teams and learning spaces, yet it rarely gets the deliberate attention it deserves. This session explores how trust, mistrust, and distrust shape our workplaces and educational cultures, and introduces practical tools like the Trust Triangle, Mutually Accountable Spaces, psychological safety, and “rumble” conversations.

Join us to learn how values-aligned leadership and intentional trust-building can strengthen belonging, well-being, and collaboration across health professions. Walk away with clear strategies to co-create environments where people can learn, work, and thrive together.
