In this community conversation, we’ll specifically examine the role of trust in shaping feedback and assessment conversations. Participants will share experiences, tackle the challenges of building trust, and explore strategies to create a growth oriented feedback culture.

This iteration of the TLC program is uniquely contextualized for the Scarborough expansion and will build a community of support for those involved to connect about clinical teaching.
