Creating learning environments that address the health and wellbeing of Temerty Medicine learners, faculty and staff is a key priority. When wellness is fostered, professional values and teaching excellence are celebrated; when misconduct and mistreatment are labelled and addressed, excellence through equity becomes achievable. In these rounds featuring a panel discussion with leaders in Temerty medicine, moderated by a faculty member and current learner, participants will learn more about collaborative efforts that collectively strive to create healthy and braver learning environments and resources available that address these important areas. Panelists will describe how they work collaboratively in their roles, all striving to create positive change for staff, faculty and learners at system, organization and cultural levels. The panel will engage in robust discussions through case examples and sharing of integrative initiatives and resources. Through solicited questions from the audience, moderators will pose Q&A discussions with the panelists.

This session is free of charge but advance registration is mandatory. Upon registration, you will receive log-in details for the virtual (Zoom) event.
