This community of practice is currently in development by the Late Career Transitions and Retirement Interest Planning Group whose goals are to empower, educate and assist physicians regarding late career transitions, retirement and beyond  and support Hospital Chiefs and University Department Chairs with developing and providing guidelines and support for physicians.
