This workshop is part of Education Week at Unity Health. The overarching theme of the 2022 Education Week is Ignite, Innovate and Include: Creating the Future of Healthcare through Education.
Have you ever thought to yourself, “I wish I was happier”? After all, our mindset can truly make a difference in our everyday lives. This 60-minute interactive workshop will unpack the research including the neuroscience of happiness so you can tap into this cherished emotion. In this course, we will explore and practice various Positive Psychology strategies you can use to ignite your happiness and learn how this will benefit you in all areas of your life.
This workshop is not a part of the CFD Stepping Stones Program.
