Description
This interactive and immersive program is designed for individuals who are interested in co-facilitating interprofessional educational initiatives informed by humanistic and transformative education practices. Participants will engage in hands-on practice, receive feedback, and build essential skills for leading and facilitating interprofessional education.
When we say co-facilitation, we mean collaborative facilitation by a patient/family member in partnership with a faculty member, learner, or practitioner.

- Preparatory Workshop on Monday January 12, 2026, 3-6pm EST Via Zoom;
- Pre-Work to be completed before January 19, 2026
- 
Pre-word includes participants preparing for the January 19th session: viewing a pre-recorded the orientation video (approx. 15 minutes); Reviewing the Activity Guide & Reader’s Theatre Script; and Meeting with your co-facilitator partner to prepare for the Co-Facilitation in Action. 
- Co-Facilitation in Action on Monday January 19 2026, 3:30-5:30pm EST, In person at the University of Toronto St. George Campus OR Online Via Zoom.
- Co-Facilitation Debrief - immediately following the activity (January 19, 2026)
