Is trust optional or essential for effective teaching and learning in health professions education? In this community conversation, we’ll specifically examine the role of trust in shaping feedback and assessment conversations. Participants will share experiences, tackle the challenges of building trust, and explore strategies to create a growth oriented feedback culture.
