A teaching dossier is a structured and reflective document that highlights an educator’s teaching philosophy, contributions to curriculum development, evidence of teaching impact, and leadership in education.

This interactive session provides an overview of the key components of an effective dossier, offering strategies for assembling and strengthening your own. Participants will explore how to craft a cohesive narrative that connects various sections and sources of evidence while aligning with institutional guidelines.

By the end of the session, participants will have a plan for developing a dossier that authentically represents their teaching identity and contributions.
