Description
This is an interactive workshop designed specifically for health professions educators who are beginning or wanting to grow in their journey of becoming an effective facilitator. Whether you’re facilitating clinical rounds, creating workshops, or leading a journal club this session will help you build confidence and learn foundational facilitation skills to effectively engage learners (in virtual or in-person contexts). Through guided discussions and hands-on practice, participants will explore key principles of facilitation, and practical techniques for managing group dynamics, encouraging participation and fostering inclusive and safe(r) learning environments.
By the end of this workshop participants will be able to:
