This Community of Practice will explore both discipline specific issues and issues shared by all academic physicians. You will hear the personal stories of our panelists, and you will have an opportunity to share your perspective. We will discuss how to get started with a late career transition, professional identity, logistical issues, psychological challenges, and creative activities and opportunities will be explored.

17SepThe Centre for Faculty Development’s Teaching and Learning in the Clinical Context (TLC) program is designed for supervisors/preceptors to develop the foundational knowledge and skills needed to effectively teach learners in various clinical contexts. This iteration of the TLC program is uniquely contextualized for the Scarborough expansion and will build a community of support for those involved to connect about clinical teaching.
