Meet the Team

Sameena Ahmed  

Education Coordinator, Curriculum and Programs

Sameena coordinates Stepping Stones: A Foundational Faculty Development Program, the Best Practice in Education Rounds (BPER), and the Foundations of Anti-Oppression Education for Health Professions program. She provides program coordination and ensures CFD’s programs meet departmental and organizational strategic goals. She has extensive experience working in healthcare and academia and is a key collaborator in the development, implementation, and evaluation of education initiatives.

Sameena holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Toronto (UofT) and an Advanced Project Management Certificate through UofT’s School of Continuing Studies. She is in the process of completing her post graduate studies in Adult Learning and Development through the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, UofT.
