Meet the Team
Qian coordinates and supports research projects at the Centre for Faculty Development. With a scholarly background in education program research and years of experience in teacher education, she is interested in program evaluation theory and practice and faculty development in the academic health sciences system. She holds a Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics from The Pennsylvania State University and a M.A. in Applied English Linguistics from The University of Wisconsin-Madison.
