Lindsay is dedicated to advancing inclusive, innovative, and transformative education across the health professions. As Associate Director, Curriculum Integration and Partnerships, she provides strategic and operational leadership for the development, renewal, and alignment of programs across the Centre.
Lindsay ensures that curricula reflect best practices in education science and are intentionally designed to create coherent, progressive learning pathways. Her work embeds principles of anti-oppression, equity, and Universal Design for Learning, ensuring that educational offerings are both accessible and responsive to diverse learners. She combines strategic vision with strong operational expertise, aligning program goals with institutional priorities, financial sustainability, and system-wide impact.
Known for her collaborative and systems-oriented approach, Lindsay builds partnerships across academic, clinical, and community contexts to prevent educational work from occurring in silos and to promote the sharing of knowledge and expertise. Her leadership is guided by a deep commitment to inclusion, innovation, and continuous learning - creating equitable, high-impact educational environments that strengthen the health system and empower educators and learners to thrive.
