Sarina Iannelli

CFD Education Coordinator, Curriculum and Programs

Sarina (they/she) has worked in higher education for over 5 years has been at the CFD since July 2022. They hold a Masters of Education in Adult Education and Community Development from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. Throughout their education career Sarina has accumulated experience in developing curriculum for adult programming, facilitating workshops, conflict resolution and community building. In her day-to-day work as Education Coordinator, Curriculum and Programs, Sarina helps coordinate and plan the Stepping Stones program, ensuring participants have everything they need to succeed within the program. In addition to handling the coordination of the program, she also works with the program lead to develop curriculum that addresses current health profession education topics and issues and other participant needs. As an educator, Sarina aims to take an anti-oppressive approach, and is passionate about helping learners find their way through the system, helping participants and faculty on advancing their own professional development.
