• Writing Clinic: An interactive clinic focused on enhancing writing skills. Engage with examples that illustrate key principles of effective writing and receive personalized feedback to refine and strengthen your written work.
• Insights Discovery Clinic: A clinic focused on increasing self-awareness and understanding colleagues, fostering more respectful, productive, and positive working relationships. Everyone receives a unique and in-depth Insights Discovery Personal Profile. Using the profiles as a springboard, we work with your teams and leaders to tackle challenges that hinder peak performance, such as effective communication, management styles, sales performance and creating an environment that inspires your best work.
• Education Development clinic: An interactive clinic that helps your team apply and integrate the Reflexive Guide to Anti-Oppressive Education Development (aka “The Tree”) into your education development work.  “The Tree” focuses on the decision points across the entire life-cycle of education initiatives, incorporating best practices of curriculum development, project management, and leadership.  Your team will emerge with a much clearer understanding of the considerations and work ahead, grounded in a shared set of guiding principles and values, offering value at any phase of the development.
