Anne Matlow

Anne Matlow MSc MD FRCPC CEC is a Professor of Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Toronto‘s Temerty Faculty of Medicine where she is Faculty Lead, PG Leadership. Her innovative thinking and interpersonal skills have resulted in numerous leadership positions locally, provincially, nationally and internationally in her areas of expertise including healthcare quality improvement, patient safety and medical leadership. She co-directs the University of Toronto’s Postgraduate Medicine Leadership Certificate program, and is involved with numerous other leadership education initiatives through the University of Toronto, the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, Sanokondu and LEADS Global. A recently certified executive coach through Royal Roads University, she hopes to inspire and support both Big L and little L leaders in achieving their personal and professional goals with the ultimate goal of improving the culture of medicine, and the wellness and fulfilment of those who provide care.
