Participants will complete a structured critical process that culminates in specific strategies for recognizing opportunities for allyship, and practicing and debriefing what to say and//or do.

21Mar*In Person* The workshop describes elements of effective mentoring relationships and some of the skills that are required to establish and maintain mentoring relationships. Participants review their role in the promotion of mentoring 'culture' in their organization.
