17MayIn this presentation, our speakers will explore how varying organizational contexts can invite or constrain possibilities for evaluation work – particularly in relation to how evaluation can contribute to system transformation and social justice. They will share recent research on the tensions that evaluators in the academic health sciences routinely encounter as they conduct evaluation while navigating accreditation and other institutional demands.

19MayThis workshop will explore the relationship between Indigenous peoples and settlers, and examine the history of laws and policies and how they’ve shaped those relationships. It will allow participants to unpack the ideas of colonization and identity, and explore how those current terms are based on those historical relationships.

16JunOur Dialogue and Debate Series - Annual Colloquium is designed to provide keynote addresses on a topic that is of broad relevance to ongoing challenges in our health professions education community. In the spirit of the series, two speakers are invited to share research/practice on the topic. Ultimately, we hope to both share evidence and inspire the community to reflect on strategic action on the topic.
